Just had my second visit in two months, and as with my first visit, this was the best experience I could have hoped for. The staff here are friendly, highly skilled and compassionate to your situation. Patricia at the registration desk was courteous and quick to handle the registration process. Sharon, the nurse taking care of me, was knowledgable and treated me like family. I am from California and needed emergency care for my back. I went to the Premier ER & Urgent Care in Temple Texas. I was amazed at the cleanliness of the facility and availability of the staff to address my needs. I was taken back immediately and seen by the doctor before my vitals were finished being taken by the nurse. The doctor was through and very attentive to what i was telling him. This was by far the best expierence I have ever had at an Urgent Care Clinic! The doctors and nurses are the VERY BEST! They do not keeping you waiting on them for hours and hours. They tend to your every need and listen to every detail you give them. I will never go to a different Urgent Care Clinic or ER.

Not only was I in and out within an hour - the staff is amazing - friendly and caring I will recommend this location to everyone. The facility is very clean too, better than some hospital ERs I've been to!
