RecommendedHands down the best care in Waco! I took my daughter to the Woodway location and the staff was amazing! I didn’t have to wait at all to be seen. They listened to my concerns and were very thorough with their assessments. Dr. Popejoy has great bedside manner, speaks on an easy to understand level, and he even called me check on my daughter after they had to admit her to the hospital. I highly recommend Premier ER!

RecommendedI was sick and hurt and from out of town. My insurance sent me to Premier and I am so glad. The staff was curtious and got me right back. The MA, Tara listened to my whole story and was incredibly kind to my family. The NP Travis listened, educated me on what he thought was going on, what medications he wanted to start, and when to return if it gets worse. The next day Travis called to see how I was doing. RecommendedOn December 26th my husband became very ill with a kidney stone. Our insurance only covers Providence ER and the wait was hours long and we were treated as of non-importance. From prior visits at the Premier Urgent Care, I knew that Premier ER would treat us with of highest importance as well as professionalism. RecommendedIf anyone is needing an urgent care or ER in the Waco area - I highly recommended Premier! We’ve used the urgent care side numerous times, and the ER side twice. The staff is awesome, we have never had to wait more than 5 minutes to get to a room, and they have everything they need to get testing done, AND we’ve never received an outrageous bill. They are A M A Z I N G!
