I had been in a car wreck. I was experiencing some pain and was concerned. I was seen promptly. I went to one and they sent me to another for a scan. I was extremely impressed with both places. Everyone from the front desk, nurses, x-Ray technician and doctors were very concerned and gave me the fastest care they could.

My experiences have been at Premier ER on Woodway Dr in Waco Texas. I have had the BEST of care at this place! Everyone was extremely thorough in trying to get a diagnosis! I was super impressed with the Dr’s bedside manner and explanations of testing. The nurses were gentle and kind. This is my “go to” place when I need help!

Hands down the best service we have received at an urgent care! Not only was the staff amazing the building was clean, welcoming and stocked with drinks and snacks. So thankful to have found this and will definitely make the drive from Mexia anytime we need their services! Great job!

I could not have been treated any better. All my questions were answered. They definitely improved what was wrong. My potassium was so low it could have caused a heart attack. They pretty much turned everything around and kept me out of the hospital. I would never hesitate recommending anyone to your facility.
