We've been to all 3 Waco area locations. They get you seen and evaluated quickly, but not in a hurry, and take care while doing so. Friendly, compassionate staff. They even call the following day to see how you're feeling. They doc himself, called to check on me and my son after a life changing diagnosis that had them sending us to the hopital. No doubt, I'll go to Premier ER before a Hospital ER every time!

This was a very efficient and quick ER!! They did the tests that needed to be done and everyone was very nice. I would definitely go here again!!

I went to the Premier ER by Baylor and had the best care ever! From the 2 ladies at the front desk, to my nurse Casey, and then to Dr. Beatty. They were awesome and made me feel so relaxed. The facility is super clean also which is a plus too!
