RecommendedAfter my 6 year old shut her fingers in the door we texted our dr friend pictures and he recommended we go to PremiER. I'm so thankful he referred us here. Dr. T and staff were amazing! Thanks for taking such great care of her fingers and for breaking things down so our 6 year old understood what was going on. Hope we don't have another "emergency" but if/when we do, we will definitely come back here!
From the moment you walk in the door every single staff member was awesome! Dr Popejoy was amazing attentive and wow when do you see your Physician 3 times in 30 minutes plus Chest Xray and prescriptions and dismissed in under 35 minutes? Can't brag on this place enough! I highly recommend This location.
We took our daughter to Premier ER yesterday with some severe stomach pain. The staff was quick, courteous and thorough! Dr. Beatty was great with our daughter and so was the sweet nurse, Dana! We were able to get all the appropriate testing completed right there and had ZERO waiting! We have used Premier ER in the past and will continue to use them.
I was thoroughly impressed with the Temple location! We were in and out, the staff was exceptionally caring with my 6 year old during his procedure. I will be using this for all of our urgent care needs!
Best after hours and emergent care in Waco, by far! Fast, friendly, professional, compassionate service, every time. They even call to personally check on you the next day!
Fast, efficient, knowledgeable, clean, safe, comfortable, prompt, kind, attentive, thorough....all adjectives to describe this clinic and their staff. I highly recommend them and am thankful for this new alternative to the hospital ER.
