Overall we are happy, but the experience was unnerving in various parts. It would have been nice to get some thorough follow up on paperwork and providing us heads up on all the line items we will have to pay for. Especially in a project as stressful as buying a new house - you dont want to be blindsided by unaccounted for costs. But i do appreciate Faris's earnest willingness to make things right.

Two items: 1. For “naive†folks like me that don’t buy real estate that often, a quick document exposing the details fees, who gets those (even non mortgage related ones), would be super helpful. This is to make your awesome service even better! 2. Connor said he’d be able to move my Floify account from old email to new before transaction, that never happened and I kept being late on checking email because it was on an account I don’t check as often.
