Overall experience was good. I would have given higher ratings if the communication, especially at the end had been better. I was in the middle of changing jobs at the end of the refi process and wanted to confirm with Faris and the team prior to resigning and called Faris and scheduled a call with him to discuss.I was never able to speak to Faris live. I also had to communicate directly with the title company the last week, I expected that someone from Faris' team would communicated with me

The responsiveness and dedication by Faris and his team was great! Faris was a great guy to work with and Ian and Carolyn were very helpful. Experience was great! One thing that maybe could have been better if I had avoided paying points.I had to because the appraisal came lower which I thought was not accurate and initially I was not supposed to pay points but I had to since I needed to keep the good rate I had; I wish I did not have to do that. Altogether great experience and great team.

Faris and team were really proactive and quick to close our refinance application. Even amidst the pandemic they were able to close the loan on time and answered all our questions along the way. When we decided to reconsider our 15 year refinance application days before the final signing, Faris was really understanding and gave us other options. We ended up going with the 30 year fixed and Faris gave us a great rate which no one on the market could beat.
