We had our roof replaced recently after a hail storm. Mr. Eric Franco Villa came by, flew his drone (very cool) and identified the issues on the roof that needed repair. As a first time home owner, he explained the process very thoroughly and made the whole thing painless. His communication was great and always arrived exactly on time. Eryel Hawkins who is a field rep with Premiere Roofing went above and beyond to assist me with my disabled mothers roof and gutters after the storms that hit Nebraska last year. I can not speak highly enough of this man who handled everything from beginning to end with such professionalism even to the extent of driving several times from Des Moines to Omaha to make sure everything was taken care properly. Enjoyed working with him and wished there were more people like him in this business.

Mr. Erick Franco Villa was professional and courteous during the entire process. He was accessible, knowledgeable, and treated me like I was one of his family members. I want to thank Premier Roofing and especially Michael Foose for their diligent responses and dogged effort with insurance to get my tired old wind damaged roof replaced! And I replaced my gutters as well and everything looks fabulous. Mr. Foose came to my house four or five times (100 mile round trip) for him, and met with multiple inspectors….came out with the roofers….and a final trip for his inspection. I would NOT recommend this company; I would give zero stars if that was an option. They scheduled a date for our roof repair, the materials we delivered and placed on top of our roof. They didn't have any crews to do the work, so the shingles sat on our roof for 3 weeks. Finally they installed our roof. However, we had new gutters & gutter guards installed 2 years before having our roof replaced due to hail damage. This company tore up our facing and our gutter guards.
