After meeting with several other roofing companies, we found Premier. Michael Foose was extremely helpful in understanding what we wanted, showing us options, and staying within our budget. The project went extremely quick with no surprises. The crew was clean and professional. And we LOVE our new roof!
Dyamond was the rep that worked with the insurance company to get everything approved. She was very efficient, knowledgeable, and all around great service. The roofers where started around 7am and was complete by 6pm. My roof looks awesome. And, they cleaned around my house very good...made sure all of the nails were up. I would most definitely recommend Premier. Awesome customer service and work!!
Trever did an excellent job of getting the roof replaced and although we had a problem resulting from the sudden rain down pour. He was quick to resolve the problems and responded quickly to get them. Very impressed with the quality of work, the clean up, and follow up by Trever.
If I had to describe Premier Roofing in one word, PHENOMENAL… Let me explain, our initial contact with the organization was genuine and honest, as well as totally transparent. Their expertise in dealing with the insurance company resulted in an increase in Claim proceeds that we were not expecting. I cannot say enough great things about my experience with Premier! I manage HOA's and Premier recently completed a community wide townhome replacement project. The Board and I were dreading this project, as we assumed it would be a logistical nightmare. Luckily, we were wrong. Premier was onsite, everyday, ensuring the project went extremely smoothly.
