I ended up setting up an appointment when I was at Lowes. I was kind of skeptical but decided to get the water testing done. Steve Stimson tested our water and even the bottle water we were purchasing. I was shocked with the results especially the bottle water we purchase for the dispenser. I will never do that again. We asked several questions and Steve was great on explaining the informaiton. He was very professional and a pleasure to work with. This product kind of fell in my lap because of LOWES asking me for an appt. for a water test. When Rick Fernandez showed up for the test it was on so to speak. He went through the testing process while listening to me steadily asking every question having to do with water in general. Let's face it, all our water is terrible right out of the sink and it should be criminal. Once Rick was through with the test he really educated me with water and the systems he was selling me. Steve S. Was fantastic! Very thorough! He showed me a lot of things I wish I didn't see, like how hard my water is. He was very knowledgeable of the product and what it could do. He answered all my questions thoroughly and completely. Steve was very easy to talk to.

Very eye opening. Really grateful
The instalation day went well. The guys were knowledgeable and answered our questions. Water feels great, tastes great. It really helps with dry skin. The products work well and we like the larger bottles that turn into many smaller bottles! I would recommend this company to anyone looking for great tasting water.

Steve was great. very knowledgeable and great humor. Definitely an eye opener. Looking forward to get the water treatment in the future. Just not a good time at the moment.
