This review is long overdue! I’ve had my AO Smith whole house system now for a little over a year, and I couldn’t be happier with the water quality. From the beginning, everyone at Premium Home Products was extremely knowledgeable in helping me understand the system. My sales associate, Regan Brown tested my water, explained how the system can improve water quality, and reviewed the GoHealthy360 product line. We received our water filter system and couldn't be happier. This fantastic soft water filter is great for my hair and skin! The salesman, Theron, took great care and time to really explain how everything worked and answered all of our questions patiently. We felt very confident with our decision by the end of the conversation. Highly recommend both the filter and the excellent service that came with it!

I ended up setting up an appointment when I was at Lowes. I was kind of skeptical but decided to get the water testing done. Steve Stimson tested our water and even the bottle water we were purchasing. I was shocked with the results especially the bottle water we purchase for the dispenser. I will never do that again. This product kind of fell in my lap because of LOWES asking me for an appt. for a water test. When Rick Fernandez showed up for the test it was on so to speak. He went through the testing process while listening to me steadily asking every question having to do with water in general. Let's face it, all our water is terrible right out of the sink and it should be criminal. Once Rick was through with the test he really educated me with water and the systems he was selling me. The instalation day went well. The guys were knowledgeable and answered our questions. Water feels great, tastes great. It really helps with dry skin. The products work well and we like the larger bottles that turn into many smaller bottles! I would recommend this company to anyone looking for great tasting water.
