This product kind of fell in my lap because of LOWES asking me for an appt. for a water test. When Rick Fernandez showed up for the test it was on so to speak. He went through the testing process while listening to me steadily asking every question having to do with water in general. The instalation day went well. The guys were knowledgeable and answered our questions. Water feels great, tastes great. It really helps with dry skin. The products work well and we like the larger bottles that turn into many smaller bottles! I would recommend this company to anyone looking for great tasting water.

Steve was great. very knowledgeable and great humor. Definitely an eye opener. Looking forward to get the water treatment in the future. Just not a good time at the moment.
