We worked with realtor Jennifer Van Loon at Premium Properties.She was just GREAT! Since we were out of state trying to sell our Florida property, it was a bit of a challenge. But Miss Van loon made the process much less complicated . She was very knowledgeable, cheerful, and so helpful often "going the extra mile ""on our behalf...We cannot say enough about the excellent job she did! Props to Premium Properties ! I've been working with Kevin Hammond for a couple of years and he was a patient and tremendous help! He was ther for every property i wanted to see, and was completely up front and honest throughout the entire process. Once i finally found my new home he made sure the process went off without a hitch and he connected me with some of the best in the home buying business. I cant thank him enough for everything he did for me and thanks to him i'm now living in my perfect new home! :)

I just recently got married and also accepted into park university. I was trying to get my life together hence 6 years eviction showing on my credit and rental report wouldn’t let no one even rent to me. However, a colleague recommended me to a Credit Specialist so I contacted them. Within 3 weeks they deleted the eviction and raised my scores to 792. I am honestly so upset that I did not check out the reviews before I rented with this company. It has been an absolute disaster working with them. From the first week I moved it till 6 months later. Any time I need a service request the blame me for the reason something isn’t working. I needed service since the first week I moved in Supposedly the cleaned the house and painted the walls before I moved in and that was a huge lie. I work for a property management.
