I am honestly so upset that I did not check out the reviews before I rented with this company. It has been an absolute disaster working with them. From the first week I moved it till 6 months later. Any time I need a service request the blame me for the reason something isn’t working. Terrible experience. Advice: run a thorough background check on individual agent. Brokers take in agents often without checking history based on numbers as they get a percentage. Difficult to get brokers to accept any liability when agent turns out bad apple with criminal and frivolous lawsuit history. Spend time early on doing background check because going through process afterwards with FREC is time and money consuming. They will have your home keys and personal Information so beware!
