Food was terrible and the menu was very busy and hard to read. It was too small, the home fries were not good.
Good food. Place is nice, clean for eat in although I was taking out. Oatmeal raisin cookie tasted stale after a couple bites. Brought to attention of register. They just said they *think* they're baked every morning and said sorry. Lol didn't offer a switch. Ended up tossing it.
I've given up on ordering the side Caesar salads with my paninis, because every one I've had after my last review has had little flies in it. Pressed, do better, please, this is gross!

People there have a difficult time listening to customers from my perspectiv. I asked for a side salad. Instead, they give me a potato salad. I expect that I should get what I ask for. They are horrible at giving customers what they want.
Just threw away the Lu Lu panini I picked up for dinner. It said it was made with Albacore Tuna. That imo was not Albacore tuna. Not even close. Such a waste. The service was great there though.
Great food but their prices are misleading! They claim they haven't updated there prices online and at the drive through menu so when you think your buying a 6$ smoothie it ends up being 9$!!!!!
Overpriced and limited menu. Not worth it. Can get similar food far cheaper at several nearby locations. This is the Starbucks of sandwich/wrap restaurants.
Both times I have gone they haven't completed the order and have left things out of it. Instead of returning it to my card they tell me to come back. I do like place for food, I just wish there was somewhere else because of the customer service I have experienced.
Super inconsistent. Come here twice a week. Most of the time its OK. But sometimes the side salads are very small. There are times the paninis are good, other times they're pretty skimpy. Whether its veggies, spreads, or chicken inside. Its never the same amount. Got a greek chicken last week and its was pretty good. Today I got the same sandwich (w/bacon) and it had 2 cucumber slices and maybe a tsp of tapenade.
