I've been a consistent guest at pressed cafe (purchased from them at least two or three times a week) but I recently purchased a salad from them that was anything but enjoyable and I will never be returning. As I was eating my salad a sudden burst of clay/sand was in my mouth. Disgusting and repulsive to say the least. Upon further investigation there was more grey "clay like" substance in the salad. We actually do not freeze or use preservatives on the lettuce and we are going to ensure that the training on this issue is resolved! We do apologize though, that your salad lettuce was not thoroughly rinsed to be free from dirt. We do try our best to source produce locally when we can and at times this does cause it to need a bit more labor than store bought produce in order to be ready ... read more

I ordered the medusa sandwich on June 20th from the Nashua north location, which was almost a disaster. I noticed there was an olive pit in there. Had I bit it harder I would have damaged a tooth. Please be aware of this when you order the medusa.
