The entire staff is friendly, communicative, impressively knowledgeable, accommodating and caring. It brings me reassurance and comfort knowing my pets are in safe hands here. My 2 dogs Butters & Foxxy have only been seeing this location since October, every appointment my dogs have had so far all went really well. Just last weekend my dog Butters fell horribly ill but the front desk was quick to fit me in incredibly last minute. Within an hour and a half of calling that morning we were being seen by the staff. Dr. Julie & Dr. Sue are the BEST when it comes to exotics! They’re both always thorough with reading and writing the notes for my elderly bunny, who has been a patient for a few years now. We always get amazing care, and while it takes a long time every once in a while it’s always worth the wait. I’ll never bring my bun anywhere else
Always a great service at Preston Animal Hospital! I brought in my new kitten and Nick,especially, (vet tech) was absolutely wonderful as usual. He is so kind, patient, and gentle with all the fur babies. We were seen by a relief vet (forgot her name) and she provided great service as well and gave me good advice on some supplements. I recommend this hospital as they care about their patients.
I want to thank Dr. Sue and all her staff. They always go obove and beyond what I expect from them. I have a very special dog with special needs. Preston Road Animal Hospital is the ONLY one I trust with my baby.
Chastain vet is the only place I would take my beloved pups. I moved 45 minutes away and still take the drive because they are the absolute best. 10/10!!!
