Every single interaction I've had with an employee here has been wonderful. They're very nice, helpful and attentive. They even gave me a courtesy call because they noticed I had the wrong type of lock on my unit, which was a lifesaver for me because I had no idea. Marquis especially is a delight to interact with. The facility itself is very clean, something that I didn't expect from a Storage place. Would recommend.
Marquis helped me secure a storage unit on the day my husband and I moved out of our apartment. He was SO kind and helpful. My husband and I were very stressed and he made us feel so much better. The facility itself is so nice as well. To Marquis’s Manager: This sweet man deserves all the bonuses/raises your company can give him. His customer service and compassion towards us that day was unbelievable. I will be refereeing your location to friends specifically because of him.
The facilities are clean, safe and the staff is super friendly and helpful! Marquis helped me set up and close out my storage unit easily. I wish they were open past 7pm but it was an easy price to pay considering how well everything was run.
Price Self Storage on National Blvd. was always very helpful and sincere. Especially Marquis - he always greeted me with a smile and handled all the administrative tasks with care.
