Good Location Good location by plams metro station, big units (height), friendly customer service
Very big, clean, easy access and nice music! My only complaint is that there should be easy access to dollys and trucks to help customers. You shouldn't have to pay for them and go back and forth. They are never available when I arrive, I have never used one.
Gets the job done but could be improved The hours are limited which poorly affects the average working 9-5 person. I don't see why it can't be converted into a 24 hour. The location is good. The place is clean. They force you to buy a lock and a few other hidden fees though a lot of storages do. Also they raised the rent after only a few months! Totally lame since you're not in a position to change storage places. They're ok if you want to store something that you don't plan on taking out or accessing often.
