Easy process and friendly staff Whole process was easy and quick, from selecting unit online to paperwork and move-in. Very friendly staff at the facility and good prices. I would definitely recommend this facility for storage needs and would use them again!
Had to vacate mom's house quickly! I learned on Friday that my mother-in-law's home would be rented on Tuesday. I found this facility on-line at about midnight. I called at around 9:00 the next morning and explained my situation. I traveled 90 miles from my home and met with them and selected my unit and got everything ready to move the furniture into the unit on Monday. They were very kind and helpful in a time of stress.
I've just moved my stuff into a 10x20 unit and after telling the employee how much stuff I had he immediately recommended one that had a taller ceiling. Very helpful staff. It's a clean facility but I was distressed at the lack of security cameras inside of the building but I was glad to know the facility shit down earlier than other facilities which I can see how that would make it safer. surprise fees they'll give you one price over the phone, but once you get your things moved in they'll tell you about the additional monthly fees that need to be tacked onto your monthly bill. so, take whatever they tell you over the phone, and add $10 to it. That's what you'll pay every month.
