Great Customer Service I've rented a couple of storage units before this one and I was highly impressed. The customer service was excellent; she went out of her way to get me the best deal possible. The unit and lot is clean as is the customer restroom. I only wish they offered a deal on the first month. Overall, highly recommend.
As advertised Staff was very accommodating and the facility was new and clean.

Had Three to Choose from, and Picked Price Self Storage Santee. I was so impressed with Claudia who helped me when I arrived. She was alone that day except for maintenance, and was doing everything on her own. Even though there were two people ahead of me when I arrived, she was very efficient and I didn't have to wait long. When Claudia helped me find my storage unit, she didn't rush me at all, even though I knew she had a lot going on.
