Had Three to Choose from, and Picked Price Self Storage Santee. I was so impressed with Claudia who helped me when I arrived. She was alone that day except for maintenance, and was doing everything on her own. Even though there were two people ahead of me when I arrived, she was very efficient and I didn't have to wait long. Great Facility! I'm very pleased with my experience renting a storage unit here. The manager is super nice, I got a great deal, and the facility is safe and very clean. I would highly recommend using this facility!
Sad for lack of info Was disappointed to learn of all the ways they add on costs after you rent. Not happy but kind of stuck,.
I received multiple phone calls from price self storage after I made a reservation for a unit. One lady on the phone made it seem like it was very easy to rent a moving truck as long as I came in the facility in the morning to reserve one. So I went to the santee facility around 9-9:30 but apparently by that time all the trucks were rented until later that afternoon.
