Documents were lost/misplaced and had to be resent. There were multiple breakdowns in communication that lead to the delay of our closing. Once closing finally happened the closing disclosure was missing thousands of dollars in closing fees. Marenda was great and I was able to get in touch with her somewhat reliably, but Mandy Cosman and the rest of the team were almost completely unreachable and handled our loan very poorly.
