Poor initial responsiveness at the beginning of the loan process, this did improve as it progressed. Terribly slow getting the closing disclosure to us which delayed our closing, when we finally got the disclosure it was incorrect. Then when they sent the closing package to the attorney they emailed it to the wrong attorneys office because both offices have someone named Brittany working at them and they did not pay attention to where they were sending my private information.
