In the beginning, Mary Jo and her team were awesome! She took the time to talk with me, answer questions, and was patient as I worked out what I wanted to do, and the different incentives I wanted to use. She was responsive and fast. Once I submitted an offer and started the actual loan process, the process became frustrating. I would get a list of everything, then 3 days later, I'd get a new list with all new items. This happened several times and was so stressful.

Mary Jo made herself available to answer the many questions I had through out the home buying process. She explained concepts clearly and allayed any concerns I had. She has a good knowledge of the various loan programs and products and was able to recommend and find several grants that I qualified for.
