Awful customer service. Paid a month ahead since loan started. Called to cancel an online payment days before drafting due to a refi, agent said they canít/wonít cancel payments. Issuing bank placed stop payment and PRMI was good enough to charge a good paying customer $50 Spent an hour on the phone with Tracy getting nothing but nonsense reasons why they couldnít do a courtesy reverse on fee. So glad Iím taking my business elsewhere..

I felt like once Mary Jo had my business I basically became a number for her. She was great at the onset but then totally dropped the ball. I was asked on a few occasions to resend information that I had previously sent it. This caused me to be concerned about my identity protection. I asked Mary Jo THREE times how PRMI protects my information and NEVER ONCE received an answer to that question. There were mistakes on some documents that required signatures which I refused to sign.
