I have shopped Prime Brothers for over 40 yrs. Randy Smith is the Best. I wouldn't shop any other furniture store. The stand behind everything. Great costumer service. Very professional. My parents shopped there all there life, since the store opened. I JUST LOVE PRIME BROTHERS.
Had a great experience last year when we bought out be but not this year with the purchase of our couches. We put down a $600 deposit on two couches with the imperssion that we were going to deal with our sales person from the day before so we had to wait until he was back in. Over a week passes and still no contact. You woulf think with that kind of money in their pocket some kind of follow up or contact would have been in the agenda.
