ordered over $7000.00 worth of furniture from them back in November 2020...I am still waiting on half the order and have yet to even receive 1 phone call to keep me updated and every time I question them all I get are excuses...the last phone call I made to them I was told end of September before it would even ship from the factory...I am totally unimpressed Prime Brothers!
Went in just browsing but actually found what I liked. Gave the salesman 4 options to see what was in stock because I needed something now. He came back and said my first choice was in stock. Great! Went to ring it up and pull to the back to get it and he can’t find it. I wait longer and he still can’t find it. Tells me the warehouse person will look first thing in the morning and he will call. We ordered 2 recliners on January 16th with the money coming out of our account on the 18th. We were told it would take 8 weeks for the recliners to come in. The week of March 15th I called to check on the status of the chairs. At that time I was informed the chairs were in their way to the store. Tonight, my husband called to check on the status of the chairs since March 27th it will be 10 weeks since they were ordered. Had high expectations since this place was recommended, but after sleeping on our new mattress for 3 MOTHNS it looks in worse shape than the 8 year old one it replaced—there is a dang hammock hole where back support should be. It’s just like sleeping in a hammock! The couch we purchased came several weeks later, and now it looks like nails are coming out of the side. Just super disappointed in quality and comfort. Went in today to buy a recliner, no one seemed to want to make a sale. About 3 salesman standing in back corner, finally one greeted me as I was trying out the comfort and when I asked if the one recliner came in any other colors and were in the store he told me only 2 but the sample tag showed 3. He was clearly not interested in helping me and when another customer came by with a question, this salesman left me. After a truck of theirs blocked my driveways for over an hour and I had to leave for a test and meds which I ended up missing because didn’t know what house the drivers were at and the store when I contacted them just said sorry for the inconvenience. Very ignorant of the store and illegal to block a driveway, sorry I didn’t call the police now. Will never buy furniture from this place after this.
Would never go back to this place again, very unhappy with the people and manager ! Going on 2 months waiting for our couch and chair, and it is all payed for. I asked to speak to the Owner and was told that I can't talk to the owner, they said I can only talk to the manager. We have a bad experience with the manager, thats why we wanted to speak to the Owner. And still we wait for our couch and chair !!
