Hurricane Sally was devastating to our community. Bill , Beau and the Prime Roofing team were an exceptional company to deal with to replace our roof. Prime Roofing from a performance measure exceeded my expectations. They took control and worked with my insurance adjuster to finalize all my concerns. If you are considering a roofing contractor Prime Roofing is a great option very professional and knowledgeable.
Can't say enough about this company. This was our first hurricane experience and first time filing a claim, our home is in Craft Farms. Bill and Beau handled literally everything for us. They worked with our insurance company, got them to replace our entire roof which was initiially only a repair, handled our pool enclosure and gutters. I am a manager of a 36 unit resort in Gulf Shores. I have run into quit a few issues with my roofs. Prime Roofing & Restoration has the best prices hands down in the Baldwin County area. Every time I have had an issue Beau has always went above & beyond with his professionalism, worth ethic, and getting the job done.
Right now I have a stone patio that is being ruined because a diverter was not put back up the way it was before so rainwater could be diverted into gutters. Was told someone would fix but has not been fixed. Part of facia board is missing and we were told it would be replaced. It has not been replaced. The company has been paid but they will not respond or fix what they messed up.
I highly recommend Prime roofing! They exceeded my expectations from their professionalism to the quality of work.
