I opened the storage unit in April 2021 and got a notification June that the monthly payment was being increased by $75. It's not right and unfair.
After many years of automatic payments from my bank, they claimed that they never received the November check payment from my bank even though my bank clearly shows that they sent the check. I gave them the check number from my bank and they still claim they did not receive it. They wanted to charge me a late fee unless I paid by credit card which is a scam to get my credit card information. I cancelled the check and paid by credit card. They are not to be trusted. I also wasted 2 hours of my time between them and my bank.
Company has the worst customer service. The two employees I spoke were rude a demeaning especially the person who referred to himself as Paul. Then they want to charge me $25 per month for electrical usage on a building that the outlets do not even work
