It's your basic storage fascility in the heart of Boston. Does the job. Check in was quick and easy. Guy on staff was friendly and helpful. I've only had my stuff and my car there for a week so can't really report beyond that. I wish there was a place inside to store a car rather than leaving it outside - but what can you do? The unit I got was small (5x5) but plenty of space for what I had.
Their service were second to none. I would highly recommend this storage facility to friends and locals.

They helped me to move my car with in 3 hour They are great. I had to move my car same day as I called them. They helped me to hold the nearest option and I was able to move my car with in 3 hours.
Great Customer Service Peter and Danielle are friendly and professional. They helped us locate our receipt.
Feedback I would rate it higher, but the big problem for me is that the hours are too limited. I can't make it there after work on a weekday, and on weekends you close even earlier. It would be more helpful if you stayed open later.
