Solid storage facility Great location and clean. Staff are helpful. Only downside is the hours - they are really limited especially on the weekend.

Great Great people and location and price
Ok but not great Facility is good. Easily accessible. Good parking. Clean and feels safe. Disappointed with creeping storage rate despite letting the management team know that pushing rates up last year was not ideal.

Convenient storage to the South End. Customer service and local management are very decent at this location. I lost an oriental rug to moths in our open storage spot there a number of years ago and was never compensated by your insurance. After that I refused to pay insurance as we have our own homeowners policy, which I emailed to you. In the past year, the insurance has once again been tacked on, which I truly resent. I lost a rug worth thousands of dollars due to moths coming into our stage area, from another storage area... read more
Happy except for multiple price increases in less than a year In principle happy with my experience. Space is very old and looks it but otherwise functions as promised. The most disappointing thing is that I have had 2 price increases in less than a year.
