After many years of automatic payments from my bank, they claimed that they never received the November check payment from my bank even though my bank clearly shows that they sent the check. I gave them the check number from my bank and they still claim they did not receive it. They wanted to charge me a late fee unless I paid by credit card which is a scam to get my credit card information. I cancelled the check and paid by credit card. They are not to be trusted. I also wasted 2 hours of my time between them and my bank.
Horrible customer service, no one is in the office or available by telephone during business hours. They are extraordinarily overpriced and won't resolve a few times remaining in my unit. I've offered to pay removal fee and they continue to charge me for monthly storage- they won't offer any other resolution. They won't call me back regarding this issue either - they just email bills to me.
