Great Service The customer service was great!
Great Customer Service Manager very friendly and made the move in process very simple.
Overall satisfactory so far. Took a while to get a hold of someone but once we did he was efficient and helpful.
Storage space is the better way to put things in storage. Bernie Sanchez has good customer skills services and I want to thank him for the storage.

Meets my storage needs and the service is friendly and helpful. I have had storage at this facility for about four years (left for a short period, then came back). The staff have been friendly and helpful, welcoming me back when I came back and assisting me in making moves to various sized units in the facility. I've had no problems in the time I've been at this facility and would recommend it as a good place for personal storage.
I recommended to anyone 𤩠I love the staff member they are really professional and kindness, you don't find people like that in many places anymore .
Great Managers The managers who work there are very helpful and friendly! I truly appreciate Bernie and Alejandro as they are the best! Super helpful, friendly and good people. My only qualm which is not a reflection on them, but the office is closed at random times. There have been many times I have come to the office and nobody is there. I do think the price is very high for a facility that is not very clean and it's in a neighborhood with many methadone abusers. Convenient Location The staff is always attentive and helpful. Its easy to get in and out of the facility so its very convenient for me.
