Southhampton Storage Nice place. I like the idea of just entering code and going right in without interacting with anyone. The place is always clean and the attendant Bennie is always great and helpful if we need him.
Definitely recommend I would definitely recommend Prime Storage. Had to move my daughter out of her dorm when the pandemic hit March 2020 and all the schools locked down. Bernie gave us great service and made everything quick and easy. Havenât moved out yet, but no reason not to expect a smooth process when I do.
10/10 would recommend Overall, this facility is great! It is clean and secure. The customer service is great! The only complaint is the location and the surrounding environment (methadone mile).
Secure and easy move-in This facility is pretty standard in cleanliness and ease of access. Move-in was efficient and easy (especially with the freight elevator to my second-story unit). The facility feels very secure (between its own measures and its location next to a sherriff's station) and I'm very comfortable leaving my belongings there.
Even during Coronavirus, still great service. Straightforward service and flexible units for what I needed.
Santos, the person who helped me to reservé over the phone was excellent! Excellent service over the phone!
Convenient, easy, and reasonably priced. This is my second time renting a unit from Prime Storage Boston and both times I have been able to move in seamlessly. The front desk has been very helpful and friendly when answering all my questions.
