I had a very positive experience in every way. The facility is clean and the staff was friendly and efficient. My move in went very smoothly.

Safe and clean. Arrived with 3 other large trucks so number of carts was a minor issue as was paperwork upon arrival which we don't blame the facility for. A bit pricey.
The staff was extreamly helpful & took care of my needs right away . I was able to find the unit with the help of a gentleman on the phone from a number i found on the computer. He was able to assist me in a timely manor & then once afordable storage was found it was a quick shoe in from there !
My experience was very pleasant. The women had everything ready and waiting for me when I had arrived after a long trip. She gave me a map and also showed me how to get into the building. She was very helpful and even let me look at the sizing of the units, in the case I needed a larger unit!
Clean, Climate Controlled, and easy to set up Setting up my unit was easy. Had some trouble getting a hold of someone using the phone number provided, so I just showed up to the storage facility and the person working there was glad to help me finish setting up my lease. The facility is clean and climate controlled. A fob gives you access to the building outside of the normal operating hours (but not 24 hour access). There is an elevator and rolling carts to help you move your stuff around.
I had some issues getting in after hours and it was a bit of a drive so that was upsetting and I am paying more than I hoped but the security of it is worth it. It is clean, secure and I feel as though my belongings are safe
The process was very easy and the employees very understanding and helpful.
