Very friendly & helpful staff. Explained the routine & procedure at the facility. Clean, well maintained. I would recommend this storage facility to anyone looking for affordable storage.
Not a good customer service I suppose to get a notification every month to make a payment, but for some reason They donât sent it to me. I asked few times, not a response. Also for last 2 months I Have to call to get a recipe for the payment. Very inconvenient. People at the office donât care. I am trying to empty my unit as soon as possible.
