There are no major issues. I do wonder why there is a price increase every year. The higher rents should be applied to new customers and the established customers' rent should remain steady until the point that Prime Storage would be losing money and not before that point.
I have nothing but the best with Capital Self Storage-Hbg West-Arsenal!! The courtesy and service experiences I have with Capital Self Storage-Hbg West-Arsenal have been exemplary. I highly recommend them and refer them to others when I get the chance. It is a clean and safe facility and the staff makes me and my storage feel important to them.
