Competitive prices and convenient I would refer people here 100%! I have a unit in Glenville and the manager is excellent! She assisted me when I lost my job and helped work a plan for me so I wouldn't lose my unit. It is always well cared for and safe.
Great service Clean and very good customer service
Overall a good experience. Facility clean, O/H door worked well. No roof leaks. Snow outside was a bit of a problem - slipped several times. Tight maneuvering a car on the property - holding my breath for when a large U-Haul will come to take contents away. Freemans Bridge location was good for my purposes.
Excellent They are always super nice, if you call and have to leave a message they get back to you very quickly. They are quick to fix and problems that you may have
Outside Storage I think the price is a little expensive, for the amount of years i have been there.

Good storage facility Facility is clean and secure. Easy access with the keypad at the gate. I leave my motorcycle here every winter and haven't had any issues. Folks working in the office are always super helpful and friendly. I've recommended several people to Prime Storage, and I plan to keep using the facility myself.
