Good storage facility Facility is clean and secure. Easy access with the keypad at the gate. I leave my motorcycle here every winter and haven't had any issues. Folks working in the office are always super helpful and friendly. I've recommended several people to Prime Storage, and I plan to keep using the facility myself.
Price vs Value? I've had a unit there for well over a decade. The rent has more than doubled. We're reconsidering the value.

Great service! Got our unit the same day. Staff was very helpful. Unit was clean. Easy to help ourselves in and out. Open 6 days per week making it easy for us to come and go.

Good value Only thing I didn't like was online it says 24/7 access but it costs an extra $15 a month when you get there in person to sign up.
