Very good & efficient service always with a smile. Good location, helpful office staff, and easy to access locker.
They have been a great help to me as I had to move two houses during Covid I recommend this facility It is convenient to town, reasonably priced, clean and quiet.
Overall, very pleased and satisfied. The convenience, cleanliness, and security are the main reasons Iâm very pleased with PSS. Also the friendly service and timely communications are greatly appreciated. I do think the monthly rental is high, especially for long-time users. I understand there are increasing budget costs each year, but I believe the monthly rental could be reasonably lower, especially with longer term customers. Again, overall, very pleased and satisfied.
Excellent facility, no complaints We have rented a unit here for the past seven years and have been totally pleased with the one exception that the back entrance does not always work. The staff is friendly and helpful, the place clean, the temperature well-regulated. There could be better lighting by the elevator. A first class facility.
First-rate service, kind and courteous, tremendously helpful. Excellent experience with this facility and I'll never use any other. Robin and Christina were so sweet and helpful and wonderful to me. The facility itself is in a great safe and secluded location, and is very easy to get to because it's just off the highway but not in a trafficky town-center area. The storage space is clean and spacious and easy to access.I could not be happier with the price, the service, and the space.

I LOVE THE PLACE, I'VE ONLY HAD A STORAGE UNIT HERE FOR OVER 10 YEARS EVERYTHING IS GREAT ITS JUST THAT IVE BEEN HERE FOR 10 YEARS AND I SURE HAVE SEEN ALOT OF PRICE INCREASES. I THINK I SHOULD GET SOME SORT OF SENIOR CITIZEN 10 YEAR PLUS NEVER LATE DISCOUNT UNIT 421
