Policies are not customer friendly Site manager is good. General policies and customer interaction and/or false contact are troublesome.
5 yr customer I have been a customer of Pantops Storage for 5 years and never missed a payment. This past year (2020) has been extremely hard for all and myself. My monthly funds donât usually hit my bank account until the 2nd or 3rd of the month. I asked previous management to please not withdraw from my account until the 2nd or 3rd of the month. I have continually been accosted by your billing, continually blowing my bank account up trying to get their money. I was able to work with past management to help this situation... read more
