Amazing Customer Service in Marietta I have to commend the manager, Jeremiah, at the Shallowford Road, Marietta, GA, location. He went to bat for me as a customer when a billing error occurred and corporate would not remove a $7 error because it was already billed! I told Jeremiah how ridiculous it was and how there are so many other storage facilities I could move to. He was willing to pay the $7 out of his own pocket. Getting quite pricey!! Near cinstant price invreases are eventually going to cross the line where value-added no longer computes and is no longer competitive with alternatives.
