Poor customer service to a long-term renter Have rented H45 from this location for many years. Customer service has been very poor this past year. District manager was rude on several occasions with regard to pricing and insurance. Also needed to get into the unit during regular hours and the gate was not working and we were told that they were trying to get a hold of the manager and district manager to take care of it, but they didn't show up. We will be moving to another storage facility soon.
Terrible place I had a property loss. On site mgmt zero help. I have called and emailed HQ on who to contact if I hire a lawyer. NO ONE HAS RESPONDED TO ME!!
