Great staff. Very friendly and very helpful. This is my first storage unit ever. It's not very big and we haven't had it very long but I was really impressed with the friendly helpful staff and the overall cleanliness of the facility.
14 Years at this storage facility We have had several different storage units at this facility and even through the changes in ownership, we have had a positive experience I appreciate the lights and cleanliness in the climate controlled spaces.

Clean. Temp controlled. Well managed. Have rented two units for about 12 years. Both temp controlled. Clean facilities. Well managed. Rental costs have increased year over year since ânewâ ownership. Have stayed with the new company due to location and quality of service. On my recommended list.
Ground floor easy access location. Moving is never fun but the friendly people at Prime Storage took care of my wife and I. They really made the process easy set us up with the unit we wanted. Auto billing made monthly payments easy.
