It was a crazy week when I rented the storage unit. Prime storage had just Bought Cube Smart and it was just before all the students had to be out of their apartments and dorms for 2-3 weeks before their new apartments or dorms were ready. Dana was super helpful and was able to honor the reservation I had made over the phone. Had to move my stuff in a day later than planned and drive all over town looking for a specific lock for the unit but it all worked out. The unit was clean and cool as advertised. I didn't like that they don't work with you on your last month on a pro-rate basis if you are not in the unit for a full month.
