Look I gave this place a low review because of the rent hikes. The staff is sweet and great and the place is clean but the corporation is greedy. They hiked my rent over $35 MORE PER MONTH after only renting for four months. If this is the nature of the industry, TO GOUGE people who pay always on time and follow all the rules, then no thank you. I just became a minimalist and will be letting go of that unit. I will never rent again.
Staff member is on site manager and he listens to what you want instead of trying to sell you space by square footage I think he knows what’s it’s like to move stuff into one of these we all do it wrong at first He’s very friendly and helpful I broke my ankle and this man helped me where no one else would even look my way or would be quietly laughing as I was just suffering the hill to get a ride I will always recommend this place highly and unlike some of the others in town don’t strike me as the rip off artist this place... read more
I rented a unit online and then went in today to ask some questions/buy a lock and I was greeted with one of the nicest people I’ve ever met in customer service. Kevin was so helpful, giving me the entire run down on Prime Storage, and ensuring I left with no confusion. He offered many helpful tips and overall made my experience so efficient. I went today to rent out a unit for the summer and worked with Kevin. He provided excellent customer service and made sure we knew everything we needed to. He worked hard to find us units that worked best for our needs, and was extremely patient with our questions. Kevin gave us a great experience!
I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Kevin. It was my first time renting out a unit and he was very patient with me. He made sure I was comfortable with everything and gave me all the information I needed. He was extremely friendly and is the best person for this job.
