Amazing Rafeal went above and beyond to help me, even as he had an irate customer in House, the customer was completely at fault. He never raised his voice or change the tone he was very pleasant to her ! As went to on helping other customers.
Great Very impressed with the facility compared to several other ones in the area. It is very easy to access the facility from the highway.

Great Darin was so helpful in assisting me with the rental process. He was kind and inviting, but most importantly thorough. The facility is clean and well organized .
Very professional I needed a space to store my trailer. I searched the web and they showed a space available. I called to confirm and the web information was correct. We arranged for me to be there the same day. Everything was easy. Service rep was great and I moved in to the space in less than one hour. Great experience for me. Personal experiences with other local storage facilities has been no where near this experience. Prime Storage is in another league compared to the other local facilities.
