Easy to get to from freeway. Move-in was easy and everything went fine.

The staff was super helpful. Great office staff. One girl took an extra trip out to our storage unit to bring me scissors so I could open the lock I purchased.

Fabulous Everything good except they forgot to take off the company lock for us before they went to lunch. I jag to wait an hour for her to come back.
Couldn't be more pleased. This facility is well-managed, well laid out, and conveniently located. In fact, I can't think of any improvements that they should make. It was a very positive experience for me and my husband from start to finish.
Wonderful Very helpful. Nice atmosphere. Didn't feel rushed or pressured. Very clean and professional. I'm recommending Stor'em to everyone I know.
