Quick and easy! Everything was quick and easy. Nice location just off the freeway.Not real easy access once your off the freeway. You can only get to it traveling east bound. Once inside the gate, the corners are tight and small.
Neither of the people I talked to really understood the facilities insurance requirements. In the end I stopped asking people questions and asked to read the lease agreement. The information that I read there was much different that what I had been told. I was not impressed with that.
Great customer service, facility was clean...a little difficult to get to, but not bad.

Straightforward and easy. Friendly and safe.
Convenient access from the freeway. I looked at probably twelve to fifteen different storage facilities and I chose this one, mainly because of price (less expensive that all the ones I looked at). The good price, however, was equaled with the service I received from Veronica in the office. I like being shown the units first via golf cart. I think the security is about as good as it could be.
