Technician arrived on time, cleaned all of the gutters and washed the outside windows. I asked about taking the dirty leaves away but he said he doesn't do that. He wanted to leave them in a black plastic bag which our village does not accept. I had to provide a proper yard waste bag and a village sticker at my own expense. Aside from that issue the service was done very well.
