When the window washer showed up to clean the windows he informed me that the screens, sills were not included. Before booked I specifically asked for the total price. Complete bait and switch.

BIG mistake! I asked for an estimate to have our windows and rails cleaned. The woman on the phone quoted $180 for the work & sent an estimate via email of the same. There was NO MENTION that the rails would be an additional cost or that the technician would go over this with me at the time of service! When the technician arrived, he did not review the work with me & instead just got started. When finished, he told me that my invoice to be paid was $330! ALMOST DOUBLE! Errors in communication occur, despite my previous requests to have Prime Time update contact information.
I had sent pix of all sides of the house which clearly showed the four downspouts. Using my site survey I had determined the linear feet of gutters . Don’t know what more I could have done to disclose the scope of the work on my one story home. I was quoted $160. Then quoted $165. The service provider arrived at around 10:30-11 am for a 4 pm appointment, while I was dealing with another person who was repairing the paver ribbon along the driveway. I had no appointment with Prime Time Gutter
I told the service person that I would be paying with a check and they gave me a hard time. The first time I used your service I used a check and it cleared with no problem.I feel that your attitude is very un business like and unprofessional.

We had 8 very high inside and outside windows washed. We were told by the service man to next time tell them we had hard water marks to clean. I would have thought he would have had cleaning solutions with him to do the job. He did get the majority of the window cleaned but left an edge around each window unclean and still marked. I did notify the company manager by email and even sent pictures. He never got back to me with a satisfactory response. Will not use this company again.
