I went in for a teeth cleaning that started with Sandra polishing my teeth, then Paige came in a did a thorough job cleaning them. Jayden walked me to the front when it was time to leave. All staff that work at Primo Smiles are some of the friendliest people you will ever encounter. When I went to leave they had a card for me with a gift certificate to a local business. I LOVE how they take care of their patients and their local businesses! They truly can’t get better then this!

As always the treatment I received at Primo Smiles was excellent from the receptionist to the technician who fit my new crown in place. Dr. Kerns did a painless job of shaping the new crown so my bite was just right. Wonderful people pleasant atmosphere. Highly recommend this dental practice. Ed Salerno

I’ve never had an experience like I had at Primo Smiles! This place was awesome, I almost felt bad because they treated me so well. I’m not sure you’ll find a better place to care for their patients, some businesses brag about themselves but it’s normally fluff. Primo deserves every right to brag about their business because they’ll definitely back it up. Dr. Kerns and Staff are wonderful! They make sure you are comfortable during treatment from numbing gel to massage and heated chairs. They work with you to develop the best plan for your dental health. I highly recommend Primo Smiles!

I am very pleased with the prompt response to my emergency. On Thursday evening I broke a crown leaving sharp edges that cut my tongue. I called early Friday morning and was in the office at 11:00 getting my new temporary crown. Wonderful caring people. Thank you Ed Salerno

Every staff member is always very courteous and friendly. Casey always greets me with a smile. Sandra was exceptional. She is very knowledgeable and explained everything she did and why it needed to be done. Paige always does an outstanding job cleaning my teeth. Dr. Kerns is very patient explaining my options.. I highly recommend them.
